    • ACCOMODATION: We have prebooked rooms at three hotels, see: Hotel list. (PDF file)

  • The prebooking is for three nights (arrival on 17 May assumed). All prices are "government rates", except for Radisson. Please choose hotel and make the reservation yourself by e-mail, indicating the reference number from the list. You can extend your stay (rate as in the list), if you wish. Observe the deadlines, which vary from hotel to hotel. Please contact Grete Flarup if you have questions.

  • ATTENDANCE FEE 150 EUR (does not apply to invited speakers). Method of transfer: Cash at the conference. The fee covers conference infrastructure, coffee, lunches and conference dinner.
